I founded Master Goal to provide support. The idea of help and support is central to the professional activities of our company. We started with integration support for refugees and migrants, and later expanded our expertise to include integration coaching, organizational development, and business psychology.

Today, we provide services to public organizations, commercial entities, and individuals, stimulating personal growth, professional development, and socio-economic integration. Our services help people find new meaning and purpose in life, realize their potential, smoothly integrate into new social and corporate environments, reach new levels of productivity, and find happiness in being!

The author of the method and like minded people have experienced all the difficulties, challenges, and opportunities for successful and harmonious adaptation and integration in the UK.

Today, Integration Coaching is a set of successful tools and programs to support refugees and migrants arriving in the UK. Our successful cases are people, teams, and communities that have become full fledged recognized elements of UK society, living successful personal, professional, creative, and social lives.

The successful experience of Integration Coaching has already formed the basis for the development of applied methods and technologies for the adaptation and integration of any person and team in any new conditions. Our partners are reliable and proven providers of services that accompany and ensure the formation of a new UK citizen. These are local councils, housing associations, language courses, mental health experts, business consultants, NGOs, charities, church communities, and, of course, volunteers from among the refugees and migrants themselves.
